The Atlanta Swing Dancers Club, Inc. is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable event experience for everyone; therefore, all attendees, instructors, staff, and volunteers at the Atlanta Swing Classic are required to comply with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
If you need help at the event:
• Please call 911 for emergencies.
• Please find an event organizer in person by requesting one at the front desk or the DJ booth.

The Atlanta Swing Dancers Club, Inc. is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any event venue, including dances, workshops, competitions, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and all other online media. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. We expect you to treat others with kindness and respect.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers will take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or immediate expulsion from the event with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an event organizer immediately. Event organizers can be found by requesting one at the front desk or at the DJ booth. Alternatively, please send an email to info@atlantaswingclassic.com with the subject line "Code of Conduct".
Event organizers will be happy to help participants contact venue staff or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance and your safety.
We attend dance events to connect with each other and share our love of dance. Dance is for everyone. Together, we must create a safe space for all. Please be respectful and be kind to everyone.
We expect participants to follow this Code of Conduct. If you can not, please stay home. Thank you!
We (Alan Annicella, PJ Turner, and the Atlanta Swing Dancers Club) appreciate your adherence to this Code of Conduct. This document was based on confcodeofconduct.com, and modified to fit the Atlanta Swing Classic. Feel free to use this, as-is or in a modified form, for your own dance event.
You may appear in photos or videos published on the Atlanta Swing Classic website, Facebook page or Instagram page.
We ask that if you are taking photos or video, they should be of people that have given you permission to take their photo or take video of them.
When taking photo or video, please do not stand in front of others. If you are along the edge of the dance floor you should be squatting or kneeling such that you are not obscuring patrons that are sitting or standing behind you.

We have official vendors that will be offering goods and/or services.
If you have not signed a vending agreement, you may not offer goods or services for sale at the Atlanta Swing Classic.
